As the founder of Bridge the Gap for Kids, I am committed to equipping children, families, and educators with structured support systems that foster both academic success and personal development. My approach combines empathy, research-driven strategies, and a dedication to fostering environments where every child can succeed.

With over 11 years of experience in education, my expertise spans public and private classroom teaching, early education, special education assistance, curriculum development, and behavioral therapy. I specialize in implementing and evaluating educational programs, developing specialized learning plans for diverse student needs—including gifted learners and those with learning disabilities—and aligning curriculum with state and federal standards.

I hold an Early Education Director Certificate and a Registered Behavioral Therapist Certificate, and my work in behavior analysis includes building Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavioral intervention plans, facilitating parent guidance meetings, and developing tailored learning materials.
